The True Yogi

Yoga is not some state of perfection, perfection is an illusion.  Yoga is not an end point, there is no end point to growth.  It is a practice that refines our actions, words and thoughts so that our reality, which is created by our thoughts, words and actions mirror our inner authentic Self. Our Practice’s Weekly Intention

Open to love.  This is my true longing in life, to have the clarity to see when I am making a decision based in fear or choosing to act in love.  It is not a simple task.  There are about 1 million logical, convincing and seductive arguments in favor of fear that come from my most clever, lawyer-like mind.  The only snowball chance in hell that I have of actually recognizing that I am not choosing love comes from three modes of decision making, none of which involve thinking.
